Braille Bricks was created by a company called Lew’Lara\TBWA in partnership with the Dorina Nowill Foundation for Blind. Its objective is to provide blind children with new skills, namely literacy and inclusion.
And how do they do that? If we remove the top connections of a LEGO brick, it suddenly transforms itself into a braille letter. Genius isn’t it?
The following video explains the project in detail.
Fascinating how LEGO, with a slight variation, continues to wonder, even the most disadvantaged.
